  • We only provide a return in case the product is delivered damaged or broken.
  • If you receive a damaged or broken item, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Customers are required to share clear pictures or a video of the damaged product as proof.
  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or return for the damaged item.

  • Returns will not be accepted for change of mind or personal preference.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging when requesting a return.
